A notice to all the race-baiters and professional race shakedown artists. Your racism card has officially expired. Now that a black man has been elected to the most powerful position in the USA, and the world for that matter, it means that all barriers are now gone. (OK, so he is half white, but since no one else seems to remember that we won't quibble about it.) Now I assume we can discontinue all affirmative action programs. Right? No need for them now. We can also forget of the diversity monster. It has been slain. Reparations? Paid in full.
To all the whites out there. You can now yell, Free At Last! You no longer carry the stain of the original sin of racism. You did know you were born with it, didn't you?
Well, that was fun to write, but we know it isn't the truth. The race baiters will never allow their industry to die. They will come up with new excuses, new victims, etc. Too many people have too much invested in the race/diversity/victim business to let it go away. Martin Luther King's "content of their character, rather than the color of their skin" hope is a distant memory. The Jacksons and Sharptons of the world do not even pay it lip service.
What to do? Ignore the idiots in the racism industry. Treat everyone you meet as an individual, worthy of your respect, and you will make MLK proud, regardless of your skin color.
And, yes, as far as I am concerned, the racism card has been revoked. Have a nice day.
